Oceanus Hibernicus Blended Malt (75cl)

Oceanus Hibernicus is a cross-border blended malt, made entirely from malt whiskies sourced from Ireland and Scotland, in a 75cl bottle. The Scottish part of the blend draws on malts from the Highlands, Speyside, the Lowlands and Islay. Together they bring fruity sweetness, vanilla and gentle peat smoke. The nose offers treacle, vanilla and sweet malt, with light oak, fruit, floral notes and subtle smoke. On the palate come citrus, mango, honey, orchard and tropical fruits and caramel, with a gentle layer of dry peat smoke. The finish is smooth and gently smoky, with lingering malt, vanilla and fruit.
