Ocho Tequila Añejo Single Estate Corralillos is made from the ripest, overripe agaves harvested from the highland fields of Jalisco. As a single estate tequila, each bottling comes from the Corralillos field alone.
After distillation it matures for one year in older, former American whiskey barrels, giving an agave-led profile subtly complemented by oak notes.
The nose offers cooked agave, sweet dried fruits and a hint of salted chocolate. The palate brings a fascinating cocoa spice that moves into butterscotch, with a long, creamy finish.
