Offshore Vodka is a vodka produced and bottled in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia, from 100% Australian-grown wheat. It is five times distilled and blended with high-alkaline spring water with a pH around 9 to 10, infused with marine minerals, using a patented process. It was awarded Double Gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The nose is clean and subtle with soft grain notes, light citrus and faint mineral freshness. The palate is silky and exceptionally smooth with delicate wheat sweetness, a hint of creaminess and a refined mineral edge. The finish is crisp, clean and polished with gentle lingering softness and minimal heat.
