Okayama 2023 Mizunara Single Cask is a Japanese single malt whisky aged in Mizunara oak, bottled from a single cask. It has a rich amber colour. The nose brings sandalwood, incense and exotic spices. On the palate the Mizunara oak shows in spice and vanilla, alongside dried fruits, honey and caramel, with a silky, smooth feel in the mouth.
