Old Perth PX 2.0 Pedro Ximenez Cask 2026 Limited Edition (70cl, 54.3%)

Old Perth PX 2.0 is a blended malt made from five casks of Speyside single malts, all matured fully in first-fill Pedro Ximénez butts and hogsheads. It is the second limited edition in the Old Perth series from Morrison Distillers, a tribute to the sherry tradition of Perth, a historic blending city. It is bottled at 54.3% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour. The Old Perth brand dates back to shortly after 1900. The nose offers sugared dates, ripe grapes, ginger, warm cinnamon and dense PX sweetness. The palate is full and sweet, with sticky toffee pudding covered in dark molasses and fine cinnamon spice. The finish is long, warm and nutty-sweet.
