A 12 year old Highland single malt from Old Pulteney, the distillery at Wick that is the most northerly on the Scottish mainland. It is sometimes called the manzanilla of the north.
In the glass it is described as light and oily in texture, with honey and nuts clearly present, along with floral notes and light hints of alcohol. The finish is soft and salty.
