A 15 year old Highland single malt from Old Pulteney, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands in Wick on the north-east coast of Scotland. It was founded in 1826 by James Henderson and bought by Inver House in 1995.
The colour is deep amber. The nose offers ripe dried fruit, apple and citrus with honey, creamy vanilla and faint chocolate and floral notes. On the palate come fragrant spice, Christmas cake, chocolate and dark toffee, and the finish carries a clear note of sea salt.
