A 16 year old Highland single malt from Old Pulteney, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2026 for the Brighton Whisky Festival under the name Cut Your Wolf Loose. It comes from a single bourbon barrel, with 122 bottles filled, each a 70cl bottle. Pulteney is distilled in the Caithness fishing port of Wick, and the bottling pairs that northern coast with the seaside town of Brighton. The nose is tropical, with ripe mango, overripe pear, bubble gum and jelly babies. The palate is chewy and confectionery, with oak and a coastal note, and the finish is long and clean with vanilla and a gentle briny warmth.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
