Huddart is an Old Pulteney single malt matured in bourbon casks and finished in peated casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery was founded in 1826 by James Henderson in Pulteney, part of the harbour town of Wick. It was the most northerly distillery on the Scottish mainland until 2013, and its water comes from the Loch of Yarrows.
