Olde St. Nick Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Faith and Conviction Rye

Faith and Conviction is a rye whiskey from Olde St. Nick, released in very small batches under the Ancient Cask name. It starts from a base of carefully aged 8-year-old whiskey, which is then shaped with a few of the family's vintage casks, never more than a handful. The aim is a balance of harmony and richness in each tiny release. The family behind it has made rare whiskeys in small batches for over thirty years, and the work continues at their distillery and farm in Bardstown.
