A Caribbean agricole rum made by the Solera method, blending rums of different vintages. It has a deep amber colour. The nose shows dried fruit, vanilla, chocolate, spice and a hint of caramel from ageing in oak barrels. The palate is soft and enveloping, with tobacco and molasses alongside the aromas found on the nose. It is suited to sipping neat, perhaps with a cigar.
