Rhum Oliver'S Exquisito Solera 1995 is an agricole rum distilled in 1995 and matured by the Solera method, using barrels of different ages.
It is presented in a bottle wrapped in jute. The nose offers vanilla, ripe fruit, tobacco and chocolate. The palate shows caramel, dark spices and rounded wood, with long persistence.
It can be enjoyed neat or used in high-end cocktails.
