Olmobuco IGT Umbria Trebbiano - Cesarini Sartori

A white IGT Umbria Trebbiano from Cesarini Sartori, named after the locality of Olmobuco. The name recalls a place where, as early as the fourteenth century, vines were married to elm trees to grow Trebbiano Spoletino. Cesarini Sartori reinterprets this agricultural history in a white wine expressing identity and character. In the glass it is fresh and aromatic, with immediate notes of pink grapefruit and citrus, accompanied by tropical fruit sensations. It is a pleasant, contemporary Umbrian white intended to highlight the typicity of local white grapes.
