Kaede No Mori is a Japanese blend from Ousunosato, made from carefully selected, high-quality rice and rice malt with water from Japanese springs, and given a patient ageing process. The palate is described as fresh, earthy moss alongside the subtle sweetness of maple leaves, with hints of nutty chestnuts and a touch of wild berries.
