Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum is a bright, creamy blonde rum and the first of its kind from Papa's Pilar. It is made by a solera blending process using rums from the Dominican Republic, Panama, Venezuela and Florida, then married and finished in American Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is a smooth, well-rounded spirit with lively citrus and orchard fruit, sweet butterscotch and almond. It is suited to sipping or tiki-style cocktails, including a Hemingway Daiquiri.
Tasting Notes
Rounded aromas of grapefruit, mandarin, key lime, vanilla, oak and crisp almond.
