Paradise Funk (Turntable Spirits)

Paradise Funk is a blended whisky from Turntable Spirits, put together from six different barrels from Knockdhu, Invergordon, Blair Athol, Benrinnes, North British and an unnamed Speyside distillery. The casks are an unusual mix: virgin oak for the Knockdhu, the North British and the Speyside component, ex-cognac for the Invergordon, bourbon for the Blair Athol and chinkapin for the Benrinnes. It is described as funky yet delicate, with exotic flavours of caramelised pineapple, smooth vanilla and sweet toffee.
