Parker's Heritage Collection 1st Edition is a cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled at 63.7% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was the first release under the Parker's Heritage label, issued in 2007.
The series is named for Parker Beam, who was Heaven Hill's Master Distiller from 1975 until his retirement in 2014. This edition is bottled unfiltered and at cask strength, and it shows the distillery's high-rye character.
