Parkers Finest Decanter Azul is a whisky from James Parker Ltd. of the United Kingdom, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The nose is fragrant and oily, with wild honey, toasted caramel and vanilla over a light smoky background and herbal notes of moss and dry leaves.
In the mouth it is oily and medium-light in body, spicy yet approachable, with nuts, light citrus, leather and tobacco. The finish is of medium length, dry and gently warm, with toasted wood, cereal and a medicinal, yeasty edge.
