Passerina Marche IGT - Azienda Agricola Zaccagnini

A white wine from the green hills of Marche, made from Passerina. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is delicate, with peach, citrus and white flowers. On the palate it is well balanced, with lively but not intrusive acidity supporting the fruity notes, and a clean, persistent finish with minerality typical of Marche soils. It works as an aperitif and with light starters, fish dishes, fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
