Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico - Azienda Agricola Zaccagnini

A white wine from the Marche region, made from Verdicchio by Azienda Agricola Zaccagnini. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, sometimes with greenish reflections. The nose brings floral and fruity notes, including chamomile, green apple and a light bitter almond note typical of Verdicchio, with mineral and aromatic herb nuances. On the palate there is good acidity, balanced structure, subtle salinity and a clean, slightly bitter finish. It suits light starters, fish and seafood dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
