A white wine from the Marche, made exclusively from Verdicchio grapes.
It is bright straw-yellow with green reflections. The nose has acacia and chamomile, green apple, white peach and fresh almond. On the palate it balances acidity and body, with a long, pleasant aromatic persistence and a citrus and mineral, almost saline finish.
Serve at 8-10°C. It suits as an aperitif, with light starters, fish, seafood, fresh cheeses and white meat.
