Patrón Añejo is an aged tequila from Mexico, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
Longer time in cask gives it more depth than the younger bottlings of the brand, and its agave base is joined by warm wood notes.
Vanilla, gentle spice and a restrained sweetness come through, and the palate is round, mild and approachable. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
