Patrón El Alto is a Mexican tequila made from 100% Weber blue agave. It combines reposado, añejo and extra-añejo tequilas, which gives a softer, fuller and more rounded character than a young tequila. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The palate is silky and round, with ripe agave, warm cask notes, vanilla, honey, dried fruit and fig, and a hint of butterscotch. It suits sipping neat or in drinks where the tequila takes centre stage.
