Patrón El Cielo Silver Tequila (70cl, 40%)

Patrón El Cielo is a silver tequila from Jalisco, made at Hacienda Patrón from 100% Weber Blue Agave harvested by hand. The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens and distilled in small copper pot stills. El Cielo goes through a fourth distillation, a process developed by master distiller David Rodriguez, and is made without additives. The name means 'The Sky'. The nose is clean, with citrus zest, sweet agave, vanilla and a hint of tropical fruit. The palate is velvety, with orange, honey and pear over agave sweetness and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and crisp, with citrus, white pepper and creamy sweetness.
