Peat's Beast Single Malt (70cl)

Peat's Beast is a Scotch single malt created in 2011. Eamonn Jones, formerly a regional director at Whyte & Mackay, and the importer Gerald Erdrich set out to make the brand together, and the beast on the label was drawn in collaboration with the artist Dough Alves. It is sold in a 70cl bottle. The colour is pale straw with bright highlights. The nose combines sea spray, bonfire smoke, damp earth and spicy cinnamon. On the palate it is bold and full-bodied, with thick tar, peat smoke and creamy liquorice.
