This Pecorino from the Colli Pescaresi is made by Cirelli. It is a bright straw-yellow wine with a fragrant, immediate profile. The nose shows white flowers, citron and white peach, with a mineral note reminiscent of wet stone and a light hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is dry and well defined, supported by fresh acidity, medium body and a savoury sensation that extends the finish. It is best drunk young for freshness, but also suits richer dishes. Serve around 10-12°C.
