A Barbaresco DOCG from the Langhe, made from Nebbiolo. It shows the elegance and structure typical of the grape, with a long ageing in oak barrels. In the glass it is deep garnet red, with an intense and refined bouquet. Ripe cherry, faded rose and sweet spice are followed by vibrant acidity that gives freshness and longevity. It suits Piedmontese dishes such as braised meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
