A white wine from the Roero hills in Piedmont, made entirely from Arneis. Stainless steel vinification preserves its fragrant character and bright acidity. It shows aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, white flowers and a mineral note linked to the sandy, sandstone-rich soils. Elegant, balanced and slender in body, it suits fish dishes, light white meats or delicate starters.
