A 4 year old Indiana straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 59.5% (118.9 proof). It is the second release in Pinhook's Collaboration Series, made with Garrett Oliver, brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery, and described as a high-proof, high-rye bourbon.
It was blended and proofed from 20 pinhooked barrels from Still Austin, aged for four years in the Texas heat.
The release funds 20 scholarships in brewing and distilling for people of colour through the Michael J. Jackson Foundation, of which Oliver is chair.
