Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC Tenuta Sant'Anna (1.5L)

A delicate, broad Pinot Grigio with pleasant savouriness, easy to drink and to pair. The vines grow on medium-depth, alkaline silty-clay soil in the Venetian plain, with a temperate, humid climate and marked temperature swings from winds such as the Bora and Scirocco. Soft pressing separates the must from the skins, followed by controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel and ageing. Pale straw yellow with golden reflections, it shows green apple, pear, white flowers and citrus notes, with good savouriness, acidity, freshness and persistence. It pairs with raw ham, medium-aged cheeses and meat ragù pasta dishes.
