The palate favours agility and finesse: lively acidity and soft tannins support a light to medium body, with a balanced persistence. It is a red for ready drinking with discreet complexity.
It pairs with white meats, mushrooms, delicate cured meats and soft cheeses, and is best served at around 14-16 C.
