Pokeno Origin is a single malt from New Zealand, made in the Waikato and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is made from local barley, with an unhurried fermentation and distillation intended to build body and flavour, and it is matured only in first-fill bourbon casks. Sweet and round, it shows citrus, honey, grapefruit and creamy toffee, leading to a complex, lingering finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
