This is an 8 year old Islay single malt from Port Askaig. Peat is the centre of its character, in the way Islay whiskies are known for. It has a slightly amber colour. The nose is led by classic Islay peat, with cereal and woody touches. The body is good, and the peat flavour stays balanced through to a lingering finish.
