Prugna - Liquore alle Prugne - Psenner (70cl)

A plum liqueur from Psenner, with a recognisable but balanced fruity profile. The nose shows ripe plum and jam, with hints of dried flowers and sweet spice. The palate is soft, round and slightly velvety, with sweetness held in check by a fresh tension. Serve slightly cold or with an ice cube as a digestif, or with ice cream, spoon desserts, dark chocolate and soft cheeses. It also adds body and fruity character to short cocktails and can be used in desserts and sauces.
