Psenner Kirsch Classic is a cherry eau de vie from a distillery in the Italian Alps. The cherries are carefully selected, gently fermented and then distilled to keep the natural, intense aroma of the fruit. The spirit is crystal clear, with a scent of freshly picked mountain cherries. It is made in the traditional, small-scale way of the distillery and works as a digestif or as a base for cocktails. Serving it lightly chilled brings out its character. The palate opens soft but intense, with a fruity sweetness, and runs into a clean, surprisingly fresh finish.
