A 17 year old Pulteney from the northern Highlands, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2025 by Drám Mór at 49.8% ABV. It was finished in a first fill Maker's Mark bourbon cask, and the bottling comes to 295 bottles.
The nose is fairly restrained, with fresh honey, Victorian boiled sweets, black tea blossom, a light coastal note and something herbal, perhaps wild mint. The palate brings treacle tart with a hint of salted caramel. The finish is long and tingling, and the herbal note returns as menthol rather than mint.
