A 19-year-old Panamanian rum from the PMD distillery, distilled in 2004 from molasses and aged for 19 years in oak casks. It was bottled in 2023 at 58.2% vol. as a single cask release of 352 bottles, with no colouring, no chill filtration and no added sugar.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate and a hint of cinnamon. The palate combines roasted coffee, ripe fruit, tobacco and oak, with a velvety texture and a fruity-sweet note leading to a long, warm finish.
