A Dolcetto d'Alba from Rapalino with a lively ruby colour. The nose gives cherry and fresh plum, hints of small violet flowers and a subtle almond note. The palate is round, with soft tannins and contained freshness, keeping the fruit to the fore. It is versatile at table, pairing with cured meats, rustic starters, simple pasta, white meats, not too aged cheeses and pizza. Served slightly cool, it needs little opening time.
