Rare Malts Selection Royal Brackla 20 Years 1978 (70cl, 59.8%)

A Royal Brackla single malt from the Rare Malts Selection, distilled in 1978 and bottled in May 1998 at 20 years old. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 59.8% ABV. The distillery increased production in 1964, then closed between 1985 and 1991 because of a surplus across the industry. It was later one of the distilleries sold to Bacardi-Martini, when the newly formed Diageo had to dispose of Dewar's and its distilleries.
