RD1 Straight Bourbon Small Batch Kentucky (75cl)

RD1 Straight Bourbon is a small-batch Kentucky bourbon in a 750ml bottle. It is distilled in Kentucky on copper equipment from Kentucky corn and local limestone well water, using a sour mash. It is aged for four years or more in Kentucky and bottled there, without chill-filtering. The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley. The custom glass bottle honours the first federally registered distillery in Lexington. Its neck label recalls the Ashland Distillery label, the lettering nods to the Old William Tarr bottle, and etched horse farm fences run around the base.
