Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a single pot still Irish whiskey, bottled at 58.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is matured in a combination of Bourbon-seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, which gives the Redbreast sherry style.
The cask strength bottling presents the 12 Year Old in its natural, full-flavoured form.
