Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills.
Every drop is pot still whiskey matured in oak casks for no less than 15 years. A balance of first fill and refill casks brings out the assorted spices within Redbreast's full, complex character.
The nose is full and rich, with berry fruits and aromatic oils. The palate is round and mellow, with fleshy fruit, spices and toasted wood, leading to a long finish.
