Redbreast – 21 Years Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (75cl)

A 21 year old single pot still Irish whiskey from Redbreast, in a 75cl bottle. The distillery describes it as the finest representation of the Redbreast sherry style, with the long ageing adding depth and complexity. The nose brings fresh tropical fruit, nuts and rich dried fruit. On the palate there is soft vanilla, toasted oak and sherry nuttiness with a dusting of pot still spice, and fleshy fruit adds to a creamy mouthfeel. The finish lingers on oak and pot still spices before ending on barley.
