A 10-year-old Indiana straight bourbon from the George Remus range, bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was produced at Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg and matured in charred oak.
This is a limited-edition single-barrel selection made in collaboration with Liquor Barn and Spears, which sets it apart from the standard George Remus line-up.
Vanilla leads the nose, with baking spice, toasted oak and caramel. The palate brings vanilla custard, butterscotch and rye spice, and the finish is warming and medium-long, ending dry with oak and gentle pepper.
