Remus Straight Bourbon Single Barrel 2023 is a single-barrel bourbon selected by Perola from the Ross & Squibb Distillery. Perola chooses individual barrels from the distillery each year, and this one was bottled in 2023 from barrel number 126. The bourbon matured for five years and is bottled at cask strength, 56.6%, in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
