A bourbon from Ross & Squibb in Indiana, and the eighth limited release in the Remus Repeal Reserve series. This 2024 Medley was matured in new charred oak and bottled in 2024 at 50.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is cherry and candied pecans with a light touch of leather. On the palate there is maple syrup and cherry, followed by fig. The finish carries vanilla and oak, with baking spices remaining.
