This is a Spiritbomb exclusive selection from the annual Single Barrel release, which is drawn from the Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The notes describe a nose of sweet vanilla, caramel, cedar, leather and rye spice, with noticeable alcohol heat. The palate is sweet, with rye, caramel, oak and char, and the finish is long and warming, with a rich Demerara-style sweetness and cedar, rye and barrel char behind the heat.
