A rum from Renegade, made from sugar cane from a single plantation. It is aged in selected wooden casks.
The ageing gives it a complex, enveloping structure, with warm vanilla, spicy notes and a touch of caramel sweetness. On the palate it is soft but full, revealing dried fruit and light toasted wood traces that integrate with the body of the spirit.
It can be enjoyed neat to appreciate its complexity, or used in refined cocktails.
