A dark rum from Tobago, made from carefully selected molasses fermented and distilled in column stills. It matures in oak barrels, giving softness and complexity, with vanilla, sweet spices and burnt caramel on the nose alongside dried fruit, sweet tobacco and a light woody note. On the palate it shows a refined balance between sweetness and structure, with a persistent finish. It can be sipped neat or used in sophisticated cocktails.
