Rum Études New Bacolet Renegade (70cl)

A dark rum from Renegade, produced in Tobago from selected molasses, distilled to highlight the island's territorial character. It shows an intense amber colour from cask ageing, giving a soft, enveloping structure. The nose carries complex notes of vanilla, honey and sweet spices, with ripe tropical fruit and light woody hints. On the palate it is balanced and persistent, with a warm, slightly spicy finish. It can be enjoyed neat or with a little ice, and also works as a premium ingredient in sophisticated cocktails.
